The Japan-Thailand AI and Sustainability Summit (JTAS) invites researchers, scholars, and professionals to submit papers exploring Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Sustainability. This summit aims to foster collaboration between Japan and Thailand in driving AI-based solutions for addressing global sustainability challenges.

Available presentation mode: On-site and online
Tentative schedule:
August 23, 2025: Afternoon tour of Kitakyushu (free bus tour)
August 24, 2025: Conference from 9 am until 6 pm
Participation fee (subject to change):
- On-site: 150 USD per person (including lunch on August 24)
- Online: 50 USD per person

Submission Guideline:
- Abstract:
- Format: A 300-500 word abstract is required for all submissions. [submission closed]
- Peer Review: All abstracts will be reviewed to ensure high-quality presentations.
- Submission: Please send your abstract to jtass2025kitakyushu@gmail.com (note the “double s” in the email address).
- Full Paper (optional):
- Format: 5-10 pages in A4 size. No designated format. Please include title, author information, abstract, keywords, main text, and references. Please submit a camera-ready manuscript so that we can include it in our electronic proceedings.
- Format review: The format of the submitted papers is checked, and revision may be requested.
- Submission: Please send your paper to jtass2025kitakyushu@gmail.com (note the “double s” in the email address).
Language: Abstracts and papers should be written in English. The presentation language is English.
Conference proceedings and publication recommendations:
Abstracts and submitted papers will be included in the electronic proceedings of JTAS 2025.
The conference organizers have cooperated with several peer-reviewed journal editors, and the organizers will recommend which papers to submit to these journals.
